JOB DETAILS:

PURPOSE OF THE ROLE:

Maintain and ensure the availability and reliability of manufacturing assets and equipment by organizing shift resources.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Carry out unplanned corrective maintenance (UCM) through CMMS.
• Carry out Root Cause Analysis (RCA) for major and repetitive breakdowns.
• Perform Planned maintenance activities (MM/CBM/TBM) on machines to improve MTBF.
• Plan and execute improvement activities/Kaizens to improve MTBF, and reduce MTTR.
• Support to manufacturing team for quality and process improvement projects.
• Maintain history of machine breakdowns and perform month-wise breakdown analysis and prepare an action plan to improve MTBF.
• Support maintenance planner to prepare and execute maintenance program.
• Ensure availability of critical spares and repairable spare modules.
• Identify and eliminate unsafe conditions/unsafe acts/abnormality tags (Red tags) and all types of leakages and wastes.
• Take an active part in SKF Production System (SPS) deployment. Conduct L1 & L2 meetings as a part of daily management.
• Propagate energy awareness amongst teams and carry out energy conservation projects.
• Plan shift schedules and ensure the smooth running of shifts.
• Support to EHS activities.
• Ensure 5S in the office and workshops.
• Maintain related quality documents and records.
• Compliance with EHS and quality audits.

CANDIDATE PROFILE:

• BE Electrical or Electronics with 5 to 8 years of relevant experience.
