JOB DETAILS:

KEY TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Part of the Global Concur Implementation/SKF core team of the project who jointly participate in planning and execution of the committed work.
• Serve as the functional system owner implementations of Concurs’ Travel and Expense within SKF
• Acting as process expert in the Concur Travel and Expense products (Interface, standard process, company hierarchy, ledger, audit rules)
• Provide business process requirements & expertise for Travel & Expense policies
• Supporting testing activities during SIT & UAT
• Assist with credit card management / Concur pay
• Managing local country functional expectations, requirements gathering, design and support

• Identify solutions for each implementation with SKF core team (P2P process owner , HR , Treasury when necessary)
• Coordinate and schedule activities with the different policy owner (audit rules, mileage, …) or local Finance (exp. type / GL, VAT)
• Built and/or built the request to Concur reporting team for KPI’s and customized reports to support business (FOC ISEA performance / Travel managers/ HR / local Finance/ local FOC )
• Evaluate, approve (with appropriated approval) or update ( via concur ticket or ourself) for new request or update request of exp types/ GL account / VAT tax rate/Mileage rate/audit rules /travel allowance
• Support Integration with ERP (ex : SARA > SEP)
• Support change integration (People core, for example, change of employee levels in Concur for India, to be able to incorporate the levels in the employee imports from People Core
• Receive email from concur configuration change recommendations and get approval or edit to update if required.
• Test update for already live countries
• Coordinate FOC ISEA audit change request from local

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

• 10+ years of Project Management experience working with cross-functional activities and exposure of delivery and deadline focus.
• 10+ years of working with Travel and Expense understanding the End-to-End process
• 10+ years working with Financial Processes and Improvement
