Assure the efficient and effective operation of the various systems to meet clients’ needs

Perform all aspects of SAP Consultant which may include:

• Understand and articulate system requirements and constraints

• Provide customer service and technical/functional assistance to the end users

• Recommend and support improvement solutions relative to the needs of the Employee Central

• Gather and analyze the client’s business requirements and objectives

• At least 2 years functional experience on ‘Employee Central’ domain

• At least one end to end implementation of SuccessFactors EC Module

• Well versed with the EC APIs

• Very good communication skills

• Knowledge on ‘Rewards’ domain is a plus

• Knowledge on SQL and data modelling is a plus

• Assist with preparation of training materials as well as teaching customers how to utilize SuccessFactors
