Key Roles & Responsibilities
· To ensure proper & timely execution of RMTS, MPS, ITP from steel mill for enquiries/ order under execution.
· To conduct Lesson, Learn Meetings with Clients & steel suppliers.
· To ensure raw material inspection of steel mill as per approved ITP.
· To ensure timely completion of failure investigations along with RCA & CA.
· To provide technical support to steel mills for visits, quality feedback or complaint.
· To ensure Key Product developments as per client requirements.
